Final Fantasy XIII
Catalyst is a character shrine dedicated to Serah Farron of Final Fantasy XIII, a Japanese RPG developed by Square Enix.
Serah is the younger sister of Lightning Farron (the game’s main protagonist) and is a non-playable, major supporting character who nevertheless plays an important role in the story and among the main cast.
It holds the title of being my first video game tribute and the first shrine to be listed on farron.net!
Eternal Smile is a character shrine dedicated to Seta Soujirou of the Juppongatana. He is a major character in the Kyoto Arc of the anime/manga Rurouni Kenshin (also known as Samurai X).
It was the very first website I had ever opened and remains my favorite to this day. The shrine needed about ~2 years of updates to complete. It was recently revamped with a new layout and new content.
Mass Effect Series
Mass Effect, a RPG/FPS developed by Bioware, is one of my favorite video game series. One fair reason why I loved it so much was the dialogue and interactions between the huge array of characters. The first game had over 20,000 lines of dialogue and the second brought an additional over 140,000 lines.
Here’s a little tribute to the memorable badass one-liners, quips and snarky remarks of the inhabitants of the Mass Effect universe.
The Ten Swords is a shrine dedicated to the ten members of Juppongatana. They are the major antagonists of the Kyoto Arc of the anime/manga Rurouni Kenshin (also known as Samurai X).
This shrine came as a follow-up to Soujirou’s shrine (Eternal Smile) and is currently still in the works due to the amount of information required and the difficulty of acquiring said information.
